Thank you for choosing the Filmmaker Fast Track program ("Program"), an online platform designed to accelerate your filmmaking skills and career. By enrolling in this Program, you agree to abide by the following No Refunds Policy:
1. Refund Eligibility:
We understand that circumstances may change, but once you have enrolled in the Filmmaker Fast Track program, you acknowledge that you are committed to participating and completing the course. As such, we do not offer refunds for any reason except as expressly provided in this policy.
2. Course Access:
Upon enrollment, you will gain immediate access to all the program materials and resources. This access is non-transferable and is solely intended for the registered participant. You agree not to share your login credentials or any program content with others.
3. No Guarantees:
While the Filmmaker Fast Track program is designed to provide valuable insights, training, and support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Your success depends on your commitment, dedication, and individual efforts.
4. Discontinuation of Program:
In the unlikely event that the Filmmaker Fast Track program is discontinued or significantly altered, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund to enrolled participants affected by such changes. Any refund determination will be made on a case-by-case basis.
5. Technical Issues:
We strive to maintain a reliable and efficient online platform. However, in the event of any technical issues or service interruptions, we will make every effort to resolve them promptly. Refunds will not be granted due to technical difficulties unless they persist for an unreasonable period and prevent you from accessing the Program entirely.
6. Dissatisfaction with Content:
If you are dissatisfied with any specific aspect of the Program, we encourage you to provide feedback so that we can continue improving our services. However, dissatisfaction with the Program content does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Cancellation and Withdrawal:
If you wish to cancel your enrollment or withdraw from the Filmmaker Fast Track program, no refunds will be provided. Any remaining payments for installment-based plans will still be due as per the original schedule.
8. Force Majeure:
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government regulations.
