By enrolling in any of these Programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), forming a legal agreement between you and One Grand Film. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using any of our Programs.

1. Enrollment and Access

1.1 To enroll in any of One Grand Film’s Programs, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in these Programs.

1.2 Upon enrollment, you will receive login credentials to access the Program materials and resources. Your access is personal, non-transferable, and solely intended for your use.

2. Program Content

2.1 One Grand Film’s Programs offer curated curricula designed to enhance your filmmaking skills. The content, including videos, texts, and materials, is the intellectual property of One Grand Film and its affiliates.

2.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content of any Program without prior written consent from One Grand Film.

3. No Guarantees

3.1 While One Grand Film strives to deliver high-quality education and support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participating in any of the Programs.

3.2 Your success in these Programs depends on your commitment, dedication, and individual efforts.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 The fees for the Programs are as stated on the One Grand Film website or as otherwise provided to you during the enrollment process.

4.2 Once you have enrolled in any of the Programs, we do not offer refunds for any reason, except as expressly provided in our No Refunds Policy.

4.3 If we discontinue a Program or make significant alterations, we may, at our discretion, offer refunds to affected enrolled participants based on the No Refunds Policy.

5. Program Changes

5.1 One Grand Film reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Programs at any time without prior notice.

5.2 We may also update or revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of any Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 You agree not to use any Program for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

6.2 You shall not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of any Program or its servers.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual property rights in the content and materials of the Programs are owned by One Grand Film LLC or its licensors.

7.2 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Program content without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

By providing your contact information and enrolling in any of our programs or services, you are consenting to receive communications from us via email and SMS (text messages) regarding program updates, promotions, educational content, and other relevant information related to our services.

10.1 Email Consent: You agree to receive emails from us for the duration of your engagement with our services, including program reminders, announcements, and marketing offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

10.2 SMS Consent: By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us, which may include reminders, updates, promotions, and other program-related information. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” Standard carrier rates may apply.

11. Labor Law Compliance

11.1 Educational Purpose Only – One Grand Film Programs are educational in nature and are not employment, internship, or volunteer opportunities. Participation does not create an employment relationship between you and One Grand Film or any other party.

11.2 No Guarantee of Legal Compliance – Laws regarding wages, volunteering, and deferred pay vary by state, country, and jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with applicable labor laws when applying concepts learned in our Programs to your own productions.

11.3 No Advice Given – Nothing in our Programs should be construed as legal or employment advice. You should consult a qualified entertainment attorney or labor law specialist before structuring unpaid, deferred, or collaborative arrangements.

11.4 Ownership & Collaboration Models – Where the Programs discuss “low/no budget” or “deferred pay” productions, such discussions are intended to describe models that may be legal in certain jurisdictions (e.g., nonprofit productions, true hobbyist work, or co-ownership arrangements). These models may not be legal in all jurisdictions, and you are solely responsible for determining their legality before implementation.
